Conscript of Karabakh defense army charged with death of officer

A conscript of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, private V.A. was charged by Armenia’s Investigative Committee with the death of Captain Vazgen Khachatryan.
YEREVAN, September 10. /ARKA/. A conscript of the Defense Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, private V.A. was charged by Armenia’s Investigative Committee with the death of Captain Vazgen Khachatryan.
It said the captain was killed in a car accident on September 3, at about 14:45, when an UAZ 3151 car, driven by the V.A., turned over on the way to combat positions.
As a result of the accident, Captain Vazgen Khachatryan died from the injuries he received. In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of part 2 of Article 377 (violation of the rules of driving or operating cars, which caused the death of a person through negligence) of the Criminal Code of Armenia. -0-
