YEREVAN, April 29. /ARKA/ Armenian Defense Ministry said a conscript soldier died on April 28 as a result of an accident. It said the soldier, Samvel Sanoyan, 20, received a fatal gunshot wound when a fellow conscript soldier fired a shot in his direction.

On his way to the hospital Private Sanoyan passed away. An investigation is underway to clarify the circumstances of the incident, the ministry said. -0-
