YEREVAN, November 20. /ARKA/. Armenia’s government will allocate 10.77 billion drams for the next phase of the "300 Schools, 500 Kindergartens" program, Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan announced at a government meeting on Thursday.

She noted that a total of 126.4 billion drams have been allocated from the 2025 state budget for this program, and the new allocation will be made from funds allocated to the ministry from the 2025 state budget.

The minister reported that construction and renovation work has been completed at 60 schools and 235 kindergartens, with an additional 50 schools expected to be operational by the end of the year, 151 schools by September 1, 2026, and 47 more by the conclusion of 2026. "This indicates that 308 schools will be constructed during this timeframe," Andreasyan stated. ($1 - 382.05 drams).-0-
