Grand Holding commissions multi-apartment building in Yerevan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended today the ceremony of commissioning a multi-apartment residential building in the administrative district of Shengavit in Yerevan.
YEREVAN, March 18. /ARKA/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended today the ceremony of commissioning a multi-apartment residential building in the administrative district of Shengavit in Yerevan.
The building was built by Grand Holding Company for those of its employees who needed improvement of housing conditions. Pashinyan inspected the apartments and congratulated their owners.
The construction of the building located on Bagratunyats Avenue, cost the company $7 million. It has 104 apartments and 92 garages.
Then the prime minister, accompanied by the mayor of Yerevan, Hayk Marutyan, visited one of the nearby buildings, which is in a poor condition and spoke with the residents. At the suggestion of the head of government, in the near future, the residents will be received by the prefect of the Shengavit district to discuss options for solving the problem jointly. -0-
