Housing price in Armenian capital Yerevan on the rise

YEREVAN, December 20. /ARKA/. In 2019 November the average market price of one square meter of housing in apartment buildings in Yerevan was 13.7% higher when compared to November 2018, the Armenian Cadastre Committee reported. It said when compared to October 2019, the price was higher by 2.2%.
The highest price in the reporting period were recorded in Kentron administrative district - 644,200 drams per square meter, the lowest - in Nubarashen district - 185,500 drams.
The average cost of a square meter of housing in apartment buildings in the regions increased by 4.7% compared to November 2018.
The highest price per square meter of housing was recorded in the mountain resort town of Tsaghkadzor -282,500 drams and the lowest in Dastakert community in the southern region of Syunik - 20,000 drams. ($ 1 - 478.35 dram). -0-
