Indian national arrested on suspicion of killing fellow citizen in Armenia

YEREVAN, AUGUST 29, /ARKA/. Armenian law-enforcement authorities have arrested a 45-year-old national of India on charges of killing a 27 year-old fellow citizen in Yerevan.
Armenia's Investigative Committee said the body of the dead Indian national was discovered August 28 on a sofa in a stone processing plant on Davit Bek Street.
His body was covered in blood and there were traumas on his head and face. A blood-covered metal rod was found nearby.
The Investigative Committee said it revealed the identity of the suspect and the murder motive.
According to the Investigative Committee, the two had a quarrel during which the suspect hit the 27-year-old several times with the metal rod. The victim died from the injuries. The suspect was detained and confessed to the investigation.-0-
