YEREVAN, 23 December. /ARKA/. Some 20,703 people have applied for Armenian citizenship in 2024, while another 4,034 people have applied for its termination, Migration and Citizenship Service reported.

Armenian President has granted citizenship to 18,063 applicants and terminated citizenship of 3,433 applicants, the Service said.

According to Suzanna Manasyan, deputy head of the Service, 6,626 applications for citizenship were received from refugees from Nagorno-Karabakh, and 5,210 were granted citizenship. -0-
