YEREVAN, September 5. /ARKA/. Armen Muradyan, a former health minister and the present rector of the Yerevan State Medical University, is going to file a suit against Armenian Health Minister Arsen Torosyan, 168 Hours reports. Muradyan says he has evidence about the abuse of office powers by the present minister.
Muradyan's intention came after Torosyan took steps to change the composition of the medical university's border and reported about that on his Facebook page and in the latest interview.
The rector accuses the minister of taking some steps to change the border members in a clear breach of the law, since only the ministry of education, science, culture and sports is empowered to do that.
Muradyan also intends to force Torosyan to apologize publicly for his libelous statement. The thing is that the minister has accused the rector of launching a campaign against him. -0---
