Average market prices for privately-owned homes in Yerevan in November 2016 did not change when compared to October, the state committee of real estate cadastre said.
YEREVAN, January 16. /ARKA/. Average market prices for privately-owned homes in Yerevan in November 2016 did not change when compared to October, the state committee of real estate cadastre said.
According to it, in 2016 November a total of 422 deals to sell and purchase private homes were concluded in Armenia, of which 113 in Yerevan.
The highest prices for private houses in the capital were in Kentron and Arabkir administrative districts – 476,035 drams and 383,200 drams per 1 sq m respectively, while the lowest price was in Nubarashen district -150,800 drams.
Outside Yerevan the highest prices were recorded in the resort town of Tsakhkadzor (Kotayk region) – 305,000 drams per square meter, and the lowest – in Dastakert community (Syunik region) – 11,061 drams and in Tumanyan community (Lori region) – 12,000 drams per 1 square meter.
