Regulator has closed two ‘’Zaviki Kars’’ brand catering establishments due to sanitary violations

YEREVAN, October 17. /ARKA/. Employees of the Food Safety Inspectorate conducted inspections at Zaviki Kars catering establishments.
According to the regulator's press service, the inspections were conducted at the catering establishments owned by Levon 888 LLC (Yerevan, Shinarrneri 23) and Armen Melkonyan 4242 LLC (Yerevan, Babajanyan 112/5).
The inspections revealed violations of sanitary and hygienic standards, specifically the lack of a sufficient number of sinks, poor condition of walls, floors, and surfaces that come into direct contact with food, such as tables and refrigerator shelves.
By decision of the head of the regulator, the catering establishments have been suspended until the violations are rectified.
Previously, the ''Zaviki Kars'' branch on Saryan Street in Yerevan was suspended due to bacteriological inconsistencies.
