Regulator finds large quantity of out-of-date products in one of Yerevan shops

Armenia's state food safety agency has fond a large quantity of out-of-date products in one of shops in Yerevan, the press office of the regulator reported on Tuesday. According to the report, in recent days, the hot line service of the agency received a call from s citizen, who said that he bough butter from a shop in the capital city's Avan district, and he saw at home that the product was out-of-date.

According to the report, in recent days, the hot line service of the agency received a call from s citizen, who said that he bough butter from a shop in the capital city's Avan district, and he saw at home that the product was out-of-date.
The agency's specialists raided the shop and found a large quantity of out-of-date products - chocolate candies, butter, sour milk, yogurt, ketchup, sausages and cheese. The products were destroyed. There were also products with improper marking. The regulator prohibited to sell them.
The state food safety agency is calling on citizens to stand upon their rights and to call the hot line - 010 206 040 or 012 906 090. -0---
