Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reported today that no precipitation is expected across the country on December 20-21, December 22 and December 23 overnight.

YEREVAN, December 20. /ARKA/. Armenia's Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reported today that no precipitation is expected across the country on December 20-21, December 22 and December 23 overnight.

On December 24 afternoon rain and snow in mountainous areas are forecasted for most parts of the country.

The speed of southwestern wind on December 21-22 will be 2-5 m/s. In some areas, wind gusts may increase to 14-17 m/s .The temperature will rise by 6-10 degrees at night on December 22-23.

In the capital Yerevan precipitation (in elevated areas in the form of snow) is expected on December 22 night, foggy weather is also possible. On Wednesday afternoon the temperature will be 3-5 degrees Celsius. By Saturday it will warm up to 6-8 degrees Celsius, and on Sunday the temperature will drop again to 3-5 degrees Celsius above zero. On Thursday night, minus 3-5 degrees is expected. -0-
