About 440 km long roads have been renovated in Armenia this year, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a Facebook post.

YEREVAN, December 19. /ARKA/. About 440 km long roads have been renovated in Armenia this year, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in a Facebook post.
According to him, the repair and construction of 330 km long roads were financed by the government and another 110 km long roads were renovated as part of community subvention projects.
Pashinyan said in 2013-2017 only 330 km long roads had been repaired altogether. 'As a matter of fact, in one year we have repaired as long roads as used to be repaired in 5 years,' he said. He stressed also that the cost of road repair has dropped.
'For example, in 2014 the cost of repairing one km long road was 200 million drams, while in 2019 it has dropped to 80 million drams,' he said. ($1 - 477.54 drams).--0--
