STAR Commercial Network has new executive director

YEREVAN, August 29. /ARKA/. Theodora Titeric is appointed an executive director of Star supermarkets network, STAR reported ARKA.

Titeric, who will assume her duties on 3 September 2012, says market is always challenged by meeting the demands of the consumers, as well as absorbing European approaches.

“Throughout these years I worked in different countries – Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, Turkey, particularly, in grocery sector: production, distribution, retail. This experience gave me an opportunity to understand market and cultural differences, what is very important for managing business and income,” she added.

Titeric thinks that it is necessary to know the demands of the clients in order to meet them.

“ I am looking forward to exploring the Armenian market and it is honor for me to work in STAR commercial network as an executive director,” she clarified.

“I believe that Ms. Titeric will give impetus for development to the company, and her professional experience in retail sector will contribute to the company’s prosperity,” Chairman of Board of Directors Gevorg Afandyan said.

Theodora Titeric is Serbian. She has a 10-year experience in European retail.

STAR commercial network, founded in 1998, belongs to AG Holding, which is currently running a number of companies, such as Arzni mineral water, AG Print, AG Photo, AG Electronics and others. As of now the network manages 30 supermarkets: 28 in Yerevan and 2 in Kotayq region. —0--
