YEREVAN, August 17. /ARKA/. Teachers of STEM subjects (except for mathematics) in all public schools across Armenia will be paid bonuses in the amount of 25% of their rate, the press service of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport reported.

It said the minister's decree applies to teachers of Geography, Natural Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Computer Science.

This decision is aimed at attracting teachers of natural and technological subjects to work in schools.

The additional payment will be effective from September 1, 2023. --0--
