Temperatures in Armenia to drop by 4-6 degrees
YEREVAN, March 15. /ARKA/. Armenia’s National Weather Service warned today that another cyclone is approaching the country, saying its impact will be felt on March 15 throughout the country.
It said also that it will be snowing even in the lower parts of the country, while the mountainous areas will see snowstorms.
On March 16, the cyclone will move to the southeast, precipitation will stop in the north-central regions, but in Vayots Dzor, Syunik and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) snowfalls will continue.
On March 17, no precipitation is expected throughout the country, as it will appear in the anticyclone zone. On the afternoon of March 18, another cyclone will approach Armenia bringing with it precipitation.
No weather warming is expected in the next 5 days. The temperatures will decrease by as much as 4-6 degrees.-0-
