Temperatures in Armenia to rise to 15 degrees
YEREVAN, Feb. 16. /ARKA/. Armenia's National Weather Service said weak precipitation and fog are expected in some parts of the country on February 16 and sunny skies are expected on February 17-20.
The north-eastern wind will be blowing with gusts up to 2-5m/s, which may accelerate to 15-18m/s in some areas on February 18-19. The daytime temperatures will rise gradually by 6-10 degrees on February 17-19.
Precipitation is not expected in Yerevan. The temperature in the capital city will go up to 6-8C on Wednesday afternoon. During the next four days it will gradually warm up to 12-14C.
The warmest day will be on Sunday afternoon in Tavush and Ararat regions and Syunik valleys where the temperatures will rise to 11-15 degrees above zero. In Armavir region and foothills of Vayots Dzor, temperatures will grow to 14 degrees. -0-
