Armenian scientists create a device that "measures" human fatigue

YEREVAN, December 6. /ARKA/. Armenian scientists have created a device that "measures" the degree of a person's fatigue and determines his/her psychological state.
The device was developed by scientist from the Institute of Physical Research with the support of PSI company and in cooperation with their colleagues from Yerevan State University and Levon Orbeli Institute of Physiology, the National Academy of Sciences said.
The device, called Stabilograph, consists of eight SFCO (Single-Layer Flat-Coil-Oscillator) sensors. The scope of the device covers both medicine (neurological screening, post-stroke condition), and sport/fitness (monitoring of fatigue and muscle performance).
Results of comprehensive testing of the device will be published in the American journal Review of Scientific Instruments (AIP) in 2023. --0--
