Chinese journalists to visit Armenia next month

A group of Chinese journalists will visit Armenia on October 4-10 to see Armenian tourist centers and places of interest and tell about them to their country fellows, Mekhak Apresyan, the deputy head of the State Tourism Committee, told a news conference today.

He said the agreement had been reached during the 22nd session of the General Assembly of the UN World Tourism Organization in Chinese Chengdu.
The 22nd session of the General Assembly of the UN World Tourism Organization was held from 11 to 16 September in the Chinese city of Chengdu. Armenia was represented by the head of the State Tourism Committee Zarmine Zeytuntsyan, and her deputy Mekhak Apresyan. -0-
