Western Ukrainian delegation arrives in Armenia

A Western Ukraine delegation, made of heads and owners of the largest travel companies, including Vsesvit, Galichina, Travel Club, Kumpel, the head of marketing department of the Lviv Regional Administration Marina Yakusheva, and also representatives of the Ukrainian International Airlines of Ukraine, have arrived on a familiarizing visit to Armenia.
YEREVAN, May 30. /ARKA/. A Western Ukraine delegation, made of heads and owners of the largest travel companies, including Vsesvit, Galichina, Travel Club, Kumpel, the head of marketing department of the Lviv Regional Administration Marina Yakusheva, and also representatives of the Ukrainian International Airlines of Ukraine, have arrived on a familiarizing visit to Armenia.
Paruyr Vardanyan, the head of the representative office of International Airlines of Ukraine in Armenia, told Novosti Armenia news agency that the main goal of the visit is to study on-site and familiarize with the tourist potential of Armenia.
Earlier, in 2016 autumn, an Armenian delegation of mass media representatives visited the Western Ukraine to see and evaluate the local tourism potential on the spot.
Vardanyan noted that the establishment of close relations between Armenian and Ukrainian partners opens up new opportunities for tourist flows, especially that Lviv, the capital of Western Ukraine, positions itself as the most convenient and cheapest transit center in Eastern Europe. -0-
