Yerevan hotels recognised as most comfortable in OneTwoTrip rating

YEREVAN, 19 December. /ARKA/. OneTwoTrip travel planning service has selected the top cities where hotels in 2024 earned the highest scores in terms of such criteria as location, value for money, staff performance, comfort and cleanliness in the room. 

‘The most comfortable hotels can be found in Yerevan, Armenia: they scored 8.8 out of 10. Guests often mention that they feel at home in Yerevan hotels thanks to the hospitable staff and beautiful cosy interiors,’ the service said. Also in the top were Budapest, Hungary (8.6), Guangzhou, China (8.5), Abu Dhabi, UAE (8.4) and Batumi, Georgia, (8.3). 

Yerevan was also third place in the top 5 cities, where the ratio of price and quality of hotels suits travellers most of all. The capital of Armenia has 8.8 points out of 10. The first two places in this list are occupied by Samarkand, Uzbekistan (9.2) and Doha, Qatar (8.9), followed by Kyoto, Japan (8.7) and Belgrade, Serbia (8.6). 

Earlier, the Armenian Tourism Committee reported that about 2.08 million tourists visited the country during the first 11 months of the current year. Most tourists came from Russia (892,200), Georgia (243,100), Iran (163,800), USA (57,100) and India (38,600).
