Prosecutor General presents Armenia's experience with non-conviction-based asset forfeiture

A department of the Office of Prosecutor General in charge of confiscation of assets deemed to have been acquired illegally has demanded forfeiture of property owned by a former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan and three affiliated persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia.Nikol Pashinyan: “The law On Confiscation of Ill-Earned Assets should target corrupt officials, those involved in money laundering and the members of criminal groups”
