Armenia and the US Advance Cooperation on Critical Minerals
YEREVAN, September 30. /ARKA/. The United States and Armenia are moving from agreement to action on critical minerals and advancing implementation of the U.S.-Armenia Critical Minerals MOU.

On May 26, 2026, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed a framework memorandum in Yerevan on securing supply chains for the extraction and processing of critical minerals and rare-earth elements.
