Nagorno-Karabakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan, speaking Friday at a session of the board of trustees of Hayastan All Armenian Fund, proposed to include in the Telethon – 2016 recovery of residential areas of Artsakh [Armenian name of Karabakh] that was damaged in Azerbaijan’s four-day military campaign against Karabakh.
