New road to connect Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh to become operational on April 1, 2023
The new road built along the Lachin corridor to connect Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh will start functioning on April 1, 2023, said Denis Gonchar, the head of a department at the Russian Foreign Ministry in charge of relations with several former Soviet republics, which make the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
