Parliament to give students of vocational schools deferral from military service

By a vote of 112 to 2 abstentions the Parliament of Armenia has passed today in the first reading a set of amendments to the law on military service and the status of servicemen, which give conscripts the opportunity to complete their studies at vocational schools before being drafted into the army.
