Armenian Ardshininvestbank to mark 5th anniversary of activities in Armenia next year
YEREVAN, December 26. /ARKA/. The Ardshininvestbank (Armenia) is to mark the 5th anniversary of its activities in Armenia next year.
Board Chairman Aram Andreasyan reported that during its 5-yeear-long activities in the country the bank managed to retain its image of a reliable crediting institution and universal commercial bank with sufficient resources, stable client base, carrying out banking operation with the application of well-arranged technologies.
According to Andreasyan, the bank continues its sponsor activities. “During the November telethon organized by the All-Armenian Hayastan Fund the Ardshininvestbank, as sponsor of the Fund, transferred about 15mln AMD to its accounts,” he said.
Andreasyan added that the bank also sponsored the exhibition “Banks and Credits Expo-2007” held in Yerevan on October 15, 2007.
“The results of the bank’s financial activities allow us to be confident in the future and plan further dynamic enhancement of performance in all directions,” he said.
Тhe Ardshinivestbank received License #83 from the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) on February 27, 2007. The bank was founded by the Russian industrial group International Business Center, which holds 90% of the bank’s shares. Late this December, the International Finance Corporation purchased 10% of the bank’s shares.
By September 30, 2007, the bank’s capital has reached 14.3bln AMD, assets 83.5bln AMD, credit investments 48.5bln AMD, net profit 3bln AMD (in January-September 2007). –0--
