Monthly assistance to certain groups of Artsakh residents in the amount of 30 thousand drams will continue until the end of the year

YEREVAN, July 3. /ARKA/. Until the end of 2025, minors, disabled persons, and pensioners who were forced to leave Nagorno-Karabakh will continue to receive financial support in the amount of 30,000 drams per month, Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan said.
"From now on, assistance will be provided to specific groups. We were supposed to switch to a revised, more targeted support mechanism in April, but we postponed the transition for another two months. The monthly support program of 40,000 drams for housing payments continued in April and May, and in June a new resolution came into force," Khachatryan said at a government meeting on Thursday.
According to him, from July until the end of the year, assistance will be provided only to minors, persons of retirement age, and persons with disabilities in the amount of 30,000 drams each.
