The Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has initiated administrative proceedings against "Yandex Eats.am" on the grounds of unfair competition and misleading the public.

YEREVAN, December 8. /ARKA/. The Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (SCPEC) has initiated administrative proceedings against "Yandex Eats.am" on the grounds of unfair competition and misleading the public.

According to the SCPEC, a post claiming that all deliveries were free of charge was placed on the website of the company, while the free delivery was carried out until 15 November 2022 which is mentioned only on the company's Facebook page.

There was also a post saying that all deliveries were free, but on condition that an order worth 1500 drams or more is palced, which is not mentioned. -0-
