YEREVAN, July 15./ARKA/. It is the second time Ameriabank has launched “Ameria Generation” program to incorporate young and intelligent people into Ameria’s team, the bank said Monday.
YEREVAN, July 15./ARKA/. It is the second time Ameriabank has launched “Ameria Generation” program to incorporate young and intelligent people into Ameria’s team, the bank said Monday.
All interested young and ambitious candidates who would like to get a hands-on experience in banking management can apply for the program. The candidates should have an educational background in finances, economics, technical or humanitarian spheres.
If sel ected, the program participants will have three-month free trainings conducted by specialists of Ameriabank.
During the first stage of the program, the participants will have five-week courses to get theoretical knowledge in finances, economics, accounting, marketing and communication. They will also get familiar with history, business ethics and Ameria business policy.
The second stage of the program will last for seven weeks, and during this period the participants will use their gained knowledge in practice in Ameriabank’s head office or branches.
The successful participants will get a job offer fr om Ameriabank.
