The Yerevan-based Ameriabank participated in the DigiTec-2017 technology exhibition in Yerevan that ran from September 29 to October 1 under the motto "Act online, live offline," the bank's press service reported today.
YEREVAN, October 2. /ARKA/. The Yerevan-based Ameriabank participated in the DigiTec-2017 technology exhibition in Yerevan that ran from September 29 to October 1 under the motto "Act online, live offline," the bank's press service reported today.
The exhibition featured a number of remote banking solutions, including a solution designed for customers to fill out a quick online application for a banking card, an online order for an application, as well as for payment of utility fees through the bank's website and ATMs, ways to change the Pin cod of a card and other services.
At the same time, various remote banking tools were also presented, which could be used among others, by non-bank customers.
The bank's specialists presented the Vpos service for electronic commerce. The service was demonstrated on the spot, showing how a cardholder can transfer money from Ameriabank's website to the account of the client or card holder of the bank.
Payment of utilities through the website of the bank by holders of VISA, Master and ArCa cards, issued by Armenian banks, was also displayed.
Recently, during the participation in the Sevan StartUp Summit 2017 business forum, Ameriabank awarded the main prize "Big Battle" to the start-up company ANIX, which presented a business program to improve the quality of customer service, and the virtual assistant presented new offers of the bank - business loans, mortgage loans, and a Tell-A-Friend program.
