Ameriabank places dram and USD-denominated coupon bonds to the tune of 5 billion drams and $10 million

Ameriabank announced the placement of nominal coupon non-documentary dram and US dollar-denominated bonds by open subscription from April 28 to July 3.
YEREVAN, April 28. /ARKA/. Ameriabank announced the placement of nominal coupon non-documentary dram and US dollar-denominated bonds by open subscription from April 28 to July 3.
According to the bank, it will place 50,000 dram-denominated bonds worth 5 billion drams. The face value of a bond is 100,000 drams, the maturity period is 27 months and the annual coupon yield is 9.5%. The frequency of payments is once a quarter. The bonds issuer is Ameriabank CJSC.
Also, according to the press service of the bank, it will place 100,000 US dollar-denominated bonds worth $10 million. The face value of a bond is $100, the maturity is 27 months, and the annual coupon yield is 5%. The frequency of payment is once a quarter.
The bank said investors who wish to buy bonds need to fill out applications and send to the issuer (Ameriabank CJSC) confirming their willingness to accept the terms of the bond placement, which become binding.
Then, the person who wishes to purchase bonds must transfer the amount to the issuer's account opened with Ameriabank CJSC for the purpose of placement: the account for paying for dram-denominated bonds is 1570043120372900, the account for paying for USD -denominated bonds is 1570043100494501.
