Ameriabank wins Euromoney 2016 Award for Excellence as the Best Bank of the Year in Armenia

Armenia-based Ameriabank has won Euromoney 2016 Award for Excellence as the best bank of the year in Armenia for the fourth time, the bank said in a press release.

YEREVAN, July 13. /ARKA/. Armenia-based Ameriabank has won Euromoney 2016 Award for Excellence as the best bank of the year in Armenia for the fourth time, the bank said in a press release.
The award has been handed to Gevorg Tarumyan, financial director of Ameriabank, in London.
Euromoney Award is already in its 25th year.
Ameriabank CJSC is an Armenian universal bank offering corporate, investment and retail banking services headquartered in Yerevan.
It started providing a wide range of innovative banking services in 2007.
Ameriabank’s assets totaled AMD 507.7 billion and liabilities AMD 447.1 billion in the first quarter of this year. Its total capital amounted to AMD 60.6 billion, authorized capital AMD 39.8 billion and loan portfolio AMD 330.5 billion.
The bank earned AMD 1 195.9 million in the first quarter as net profit. ($1- AMD 479.16). --0----
