In her words, all countries face the problem of fake or shoddy products and search ways to protect consumers’ rights.
Advanced technologies made it possible to move low-quality products in large volumes and very quickly.
In her opinion, certain arrangements between countries would be able to prevent this.
“We are negotiating now with different countries and have already made arrangements with Belarus and Kyrgyzstan that they will be posting information about the improper goods found by them on our website zpp.rospotrebnadzor.ru,” she said.
Popova said that it is already possible to find information about Russia-found improper goods in this website, and other countries’ reports will appear on it very soon. -0---
