Armenian citizens residing in Russia should be fingerprinted and photographed

YEREVAN, August 24. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Migration Service said in a statement that Armenian citizens residing in Russia should be fingerprinted and photographed before January 10, 2023.
This applies to those Armenian citizens who had been staying in Russia before December 29, 2021 and have not crossed the Russian border so far and who are in Russia for non-working activities for a period exceeding 90 days or are in Russia for employment, regardless of the length of their stay and have not temporary residence permit or citizenship.
