Armenian entrepreneurs to keep their cash books in e-format

Armenian entrepreneurs will be able to keep their cash books in electronic format, the head of the State Revenue Committee Vardan Harutyunyan told a Cabinet session today.

YEREVAN, 26 January. /ARKA/. Armenian entrepreneurs will be able to keep their cash books in electronic format, the head of the State Revenue Committee Vardan Harutyunyan told a Cabinet session today.
Cash book is a book of original entry in which transactions relating only to cash receipts and payments are recorded in detail.
"Proceeding from the program designed to improve the business environment, taxpayers are given the opportunity to conduct electronic cash books,’ Harutyunyan said.
According to him, at this stage shifting to electronic cash book is voluntary, but in 2018 this requirement will become mandatory for all taxpayers. -0-
