YEREVAN, December 12. /ARKA/. The Russian government has announced that it has temporarily - until May 31, 2024 - restricted the exports of durum wheat. The restriction does not affect shipments as part of international humanitarian aid, under intergovernmental agreements, to Abkhazia and South Ossetia, RBC reported.
"Exports of durum wheat to the member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union - Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan - are allowed within the quotas established by the government order, subject to permits issued by the Russian Ministry of Agriculture," the government said. -0-
