Exports of Lakuzer Armenia are expected to total $2.3 million annually, Armenian Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan said Thursday at a regular Cabinet meeting, where the government decided to authorize the company's activity in Aliance LLC's free economic zone.

YEREVAN, May 21. /ARKA/. Exports of Lakuzer Armenia are expected to total $2.3 million annually, Armenian Economy Minister Karen Chshmarityan said Thursday at a regular Cabinet meeting, where the government decided to authorize the company's activity in Aliance LLC's free economic zone.

The minister said that the company's activity will be specific – it will process brandy spirits by using special technologies.

«The entire output of products new for market will be exported – the exports are thought to total $2.3 million,» he said.

Chshmarityan said that this business is quite competitive.

The company's license is provided for five years. Lakuzer Armenia plans to create 12 new jobs initially and later to increase their number to 20.

The first-ever free economic zone in Armenia was created on August 1, 2013, in the territory of Mars RAO and Yerevan Research Institute of Mathematical Machines.

It is run by Russian Sitronix company. One of the requirements for the zone is export-oriented manufacturing. ---0-----
