Gazprombank official says investment climate in Armenia is improving

Alexander Muranov, deputy board chairman of Russian Gazprombank has commended today Armenian authorities for improving the investment climate in the country as he spoke to local journalists.

YEREVAN, August 31. /ARKA/. Alexander Muranov, deputy board chairman of Russian Gazprombank has commended today Armenian authorities for improving the investment climate in the country as he spoke to local journalists. According to him, the authorities should pay greater attention to formation of effective securities market and raise liquidity.
In 2012 Armenia has improved its position in the annual ranking of Doing Business by moving six notches up to 55th position in 2011 ranking.
Areximbank-Gazprombank Group (formerly Areximbank) was established in 1998 to handle financial flows between Russia and Armenia. It is now fully owned by Russian Gazprombank. -0-
