LEV Energy Company will invest AMD 3.5 billion in Armenia’s renewable energy industry, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said Thursday at a regular cabinet meeting.

YEREVAN, September 15. /ARKA/. LEV Energy Company will invest AMD 3.5 billion in Armenia’s renewable energy industry, Suren Karayan, Armenian economic development and investments minister, said Thursday at a regular cabinet meeting.
The country’s government has exempted the company from paying customs duties for imported technology equipment and raw materials.
The minister said the company was going to create nine jobs with AMD 115,000 average salary.
“The government also provided a three-year VAT payment adjournment to the company for its imports,” he said. --0---
