YEREVAN, August 6. /ARKA/. Sukhoi Civil Aircraft CJSC has received no notification about withdrawal of Armavia, Armenia’s national air carrier, from its contractual obligations on Sukhoi Superjet-100 (SSJ-100), which is receiving regular technical service now, Rosaviation, Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport, told Prime news agency.

“Now Armavia’s both liners are in the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft CJSC’s territory,” Novosti-Armenia News Agency quoted the Russian company with reference to RIA Novosti. “Not a single document of the air carrier’s withdrawal from its contractual obligations has been received so far. We are trying to settle all the matters with Armavia as work proceeds. All the commercial relations with the air carrier are confidential in nature.”

Today some media outlets reported that Armavia will not take the first SSJ-100 after repair.

Earlier, Armavia said it wouldn’t buy the second Sukhoi Super Jet-100 without revealing causes.
