Petrol in Armenia rose in price by 14.8% in January-December 2024 compared to January-December 2023, and diesel fuel - by 1.7%, according to the National Statistical Committee.

YEREVAN, 10 January. /ARKA/. Petrol in Armenia rose in price by 14.8% in January-December 2024 compared to January-December 2023, and diesel fuel - by 1.7%, according to the National Statistical Committee.

At the same time, in December 2024 compared to December 2023, petrol became cheaper by 6%, while diesel fuel - by 9.4%.

Petrol and diesel prices in December 2024 compared to November of the same year decreased by 0.5% and 0.3%, respectively.

Overall, according to the statistical data, in the non-food market, prices decreased by 1.8 per cent in December 2024 compared to December 2023 and increased by 0.3 per cent compared to November this year. -0-
