Privatized, but non-performing assets in Armenia should be re-launched, Karen Karapetyan, new Armenian prime minister, said Thursday at a regular cabinet session.
YEREVAN, September 29. /ARKA/. Privatized, but non-performing assets in Armenia should be re-launched, Karen Karapetyan, new Armenian prime minister, said Thursday at a regular cabinet session.
Property and assets, he said, have been privatized for years of Armenia’s independence, which are not performing today.
Karapetyan instructed economy, finance and territorial administration ministers to make an inventory of the privatized property and to develop and present economic, legal and other mechanisms for using non-performing assets.
”All of you understand that we should give motivation to owners,” he said. --0----
