Radioactive waste to be transported in Armenia by legal entities only

Armenia’s government approved on Wednesday the proposal of the National Center for Legislative Regulation to grant the right of transporting nuclear and radioactive waste to legal entities only.

YEREVAN, June 10. /ARKA/. Armenia’s government approved on Wednesday the proposal of the National Center for Legislative Regulation to grant the right of transporting nuclear and radioactive waste to legal entities only.
One-window system will be introduced for better coordination of the transportation schedule with the police, the ministry of ecology and other appropriate bodies.
The National Center for Legislative Regulation state enterprise was created in the government of Armenia on October 13, 2011. The aim of the center is to achieve substantial reduction and simplification of legal regulations to ease the conduct of business and individual activities. –0--
