Representatives of French companies to arrive in Armenia to discuss investment initiatives

Representatives of the French Mouvement des Entreprises de France (the Movement of the Enterprises of France), at a meeting with Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan in Paris on Thursday, expressed their readiness to use their experience and knowledge to implement investment initiatives in Armenia in various formats.
YEREVAN, March 7. /ARКА/. Representatives of the French Movement des Entreprises de France (the Movement of the Enterprises of France), at a meeting with Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan in Paris on Thursday, expressed their readiness to use their experience and knowledge to implement investment initiatives in Armenia in various formats.
As reported by the government press service, Khachatryan spoke in detail about the main priorities of Armenia's economic policy and the indicators recorded in these areas, as well as about the developments taking place in individual sectors of the economy.
He called the active involvement of French companies in the private sector of Armenia, as well as in major state programs, a priority and assured that the government is making consistent efforts to make the investment environment in Armenia more understandable for French companies.
The Deputy Prime Minister spoke in detail about a number of issues raised by the organization's representatives, as well as about the proposals presented on specific areas of cooperation.
For a more detailed discussion of the ideas presented, the parties agreed to plan a visit to Armenia in the near future by a mission consisting of representatives of French companies.
