YEREVAN, March 7. /ARKA/. Russian airlines Azimuth and Utair said today they continue the international flights, including to Armenia.

Azimuth said it will operate additional flights between the southern Russian city of Sochi and the Armenian capital Yerevan on March 7 and 9. The airline will also continue flights between another southern Russian city of Mineralnye Vody and Armenian Gyumri. As for Utair, it will continue to operate flights to Yerevan from Moscow and Tyumen.

Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency of Russia (Rosaviatsiya) recommended that airlines using aircraft registered in foreign registries suspend flights abroad from March 6.

Earlier, a number of Russian airlines- Aeroflot, Pobeda, Nord Wind, S7 Airlines and Ural Airlines cancelled flights to Yerevan. --0--
