Tashir Capital, a company owned by Samvel Karapetyan, a Russian businessman of Armenian descent, intends to purchase Hrazdan Energy OJSC, Zhoghovurd reports referring to the Public Services Regulatory Commission.
YEREVAN, March 28. /ARKA/. Tashir Capital, a company owned by Samvel Karapetyan, a Russian businessman of Armenian descent, intends to purchase Hrazdan Energy OJSC, Zhoghovurd reports referring to the Public Services Regulatory Commission.
Hrazdan Energy Organization and Liormand Holding Limited Company filed an appropriate motion to the Public Services Regulatory Commission on March 13 and on March 20 they applied to the ministry of energy infrastructures and natural resources.
According to the source, the commission will authorize the deal on March 29 and Liormand Holding Limited Company will sell 100% of Hrazdan Energy Organization’s assets to Tashir Capital. --0---
