Some $100 million will be invested in the construction of new hydroelectric stations, housing and other projects in Martakert and Shahumyan districts of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Tigran Abrahamyan, an advisor to Artsakh president wrote on his Facebook page, citing Karabakh prime minister Araik Harutyunyan.

Some $100 million will be invested in the construction of new hydroelectric stations, housing and other projects in Martakert and Shahumyan districts of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), Tigran Abrahamyan, an advisor to Artsakh president wrote on his Facebook page, citing Karabakh prime minister Araik Harutyunyan.
"No one doubted that the construction of the Martakert-Vardenis road will have a multiplier effect not only on the Martakert and Shahumyan districts, but on the whole of Artsakh in terms of attracting investments. The government has planned a number of steps to provide these areas with the necessary infrastructure," Abrahamyan wrote. -0-
