Some 19,130 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in June, 2022, up from 17,822 deals, concluded in May, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

YEREVAN, August 10. /ARKA/. Some 19,130 real estate deals were concluded in Armenia in June, 2022, up from 17,822 deals, concluded in May, according to the National Statistical Committee (NSC).

Most of the deals – 6,267 (32.8% of the total) - were concluded in the capital city Yerevan, while the least number were concluded in Vayots Dzor province- 411 (2.1%).

Some 3,420 real estate deals were concluded in Kotayk province, 1,619 deals in Ararat, 1,610 deals in Armavir province, 987 deals in Gegharkunik, 1,386 deals in Aragatsotn, 1,001 in Lori, 987 deals in Shirak, 759 deals were concluded in Tavush and 714 deals in Syunik provinces.

Some 7,474 deals were property alienations (39.1% of the total), including 5,532 purchase and sale deals, 1,764 deals were donations, 22 deals were property exchanges.

Another 3, 480 deals were property inheritance, 2,710 deals were primary registration of property, 2,602 deals were concluded as collateral, 1,601 deals were property re-registration, 998 deals were home rent and 265 deals were property legalization. -0-
