YEREVAN, February 9. /ARKA/. Shota Rustaveli International Airport in Tbilisi will cease operating flights in daytime because of a repair, interfax.com reports referring to Georgian media resources.

Daytime flights will be operated at nighttime.

The repair will be carried out in two stages. It will continue also in April and May, but no details are known about the new schedule for these months, since air companies have not decided yet whether they move their daytime flights to nighttime, or cancel them.

The International Airport in Georgia’s capital city is run by Turkey’s TAV Urban Georgia Company. In accordance with the contract updated in May 2015, the Turkish company will run the airport until 2027 and will invest $30 million in its development. ---0---
